It’s important for us to ensure the right cleaner is chosen for you, one that matches your requirements and fits your circumstances. It’s no good us sending a cleaner to you that is petrified of dogs if you have a lovely Lab!

But what happens after that? Rather than disappearing into thin air, we want our clients to know we are here to support you whenever you need or want us. That’s because we are more than just a cleaning company – we are a cleaning company who cares!

That’s where the Time For You Client Satisfaction team comes in. We have a dedicated team specialising in looking after our clients. Our Client Satisfaction Team can ensure you remain as satisfied with our service as you were on day one.

Why Do We Have A Team Dedicated To Looking After Our Clients?

We know from your feedback that there are times when you need to change things about a bit. Perhaps have some extra cleaning time for us to tackle that mountain of an ironing pile, get the house ready for guests or do a deeper clean than your regular service requires. This dedicated team are on hand to help.

What does the Client Satisfaction Team Do?

Don’t panic, we won’t hound you! Instead we want you to know that we are always at the end of the phone whenever you want to call us, but will on regular occasions pick up the phone and call you.

  • We monitor the service you are receiving, ensuring it is still being carried out to the high standard. We will contact you after your first two weeks, to iron out any little wrinkles you may have.
  • Again after the first 3 months to make sure you are still delighted with the cleaning and the service is running smoothly.
  • And every 6 months thereafter.

You don’t have to wait for us to call though, our Client Satisfaction Team are available from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to address any wishes, concerns or to take any feedback you may have. Should you contact us we will endeavor to reply to your query the same day.
